In all these paintings, the main subject is LIGHT! Once there's light, there's bound to be shadows! I love highlights and shadows!

The effect they have in urban space and settings is what this retrospective series of 5 paintings (mainly of London) is all about.

The Gallery Front

This is it! I give glory to God, when my Pastor started this year he preached a sermon on the 1st of January -titled, "THIS IS IT!" He said this year will be a "THIS IS IT, YEAR FOR US". I didn't and couldn't fully understand this but when I got to Bath and saw the gallery front with the 212 paintings, I just said, "THIS IS IT"!!!

Bath Marathon II Day 9 and 10 (The First 100)

These are the final shots that make up my first 100! All glory be God for the ability, health and divine inspiration! I'm looking forward to my next trip in September. I have also learned a bit more from this trip which I'll share with you, some pitfalls and things one just must do!

66 and 67- I had to flee from the trains to Green Park Station

75- A couple who had lived in Bath for 40 years passed by. They said they had never seen anyone pull up an easel over Cleveland Bridge to paint River Avon!

82- I really enjoyed this piece, the back-lighting was terrific!

This is a picture journal of the first 4 days on my 2nd Marathon in Bath! Not easy but sheer fun! Never in my life did I believe I'll be doing this,, but I thank God for my wife and two children who keep calling me and keeping me company with their jokes, stories and encouragement-when!
