These are some real life quotes from real people on the tube in the RUSH HOUR in London! It's no joke, if you have been in the heat of it you will understand what it's all about.
I have been in the Rush Hour and it is a real hard time breathing-it's a typical rat race situation, one we have to live with as long as we use the public transport and want to get to work early.

If you ever try the tube during the Rush Hour in London, you'll surely experience being sandwiched! Sometimes you'll get a commuter who barely can raise their head or even breathe properly because of the cramped environment. I've been there and even though the scene I have captured here is not quite that serious but it shows how closed up we can get with other during rush hours!

All these sketches are done right on the train. I have to find a good position and a good model. The key to these is not to keep eye contact and to be very very observant. Eventually you'll get the hang of it with constant practice. What I look for first is the shape and angles of the heads and then the tonal values, then the details. Happy veiwing!
